Payment & security
How we take payment, how your card details are protected, and exactly what to expect on your statement.
In short: every order is a single one-time charge. We do not operate
subscriptions or recurring billing, we never store your card number, and every payment is processed over an
encrypted connection by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
How payment works
When you place an order, your card is authorised for the exact total shown on the checkout page — the price
of the goods, plus shipping if applicable, plus any sales tax we are required to collect. Nothing is added after you
confirm. The authorisation is captured when your order is released for fulfillment, normally within one to two
business days.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
One-time billing only
Every transaction on this site is a single, one-time purchase. We want to be unambiguous about
this because it matters:
- We do not sell subscriptions, memberships, auto-replenishment plans or trials that convert to paid.
- We do not store your card on file to bill it again later.
- You will never be charged a second time for an order you placed once.
- There are no negative-option or continuity offers anywhere on this site.
If you ever see a second charge from us, it is an error and we will refund it immediately. Contact us and we
will resolve it the same business day.

Recognise a charge you are not sure about? Please contact us before
opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify almost any order from the amount and the last four digits of the
card in a couple of minutes, and if it is our error we will refund it on the spot. A chargeback takes weeks and
costs you time we could save you.
How your card details are protected
Encryption in transit
The entire site is served over HTTPS using TLS. You can confirm this by the padlock in your browser’s address
bar. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor over that encrypted connection.
We never see or store your card number
Full card numbers are not stored on our servers at any point, and our staff cannot retrieve them. Payment
credentials are handled by our payment provider, which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI-DSS).
Verification checks on every order
Every transaction is screened before it is accepted:
- AVS (Address Verification Service) — the billing address you enter is checked against
the address your card issuer holds on file. - CVV/CVC verification — the security code printed on your card is verified on every
transaction, which confirms the physical card is in your possession. - 3-D Secure — where your card issuer supports it (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check,
American Express SafeKey), you may be asked to confirm the purchase with your bank. This shifts liability for
fraudulent use away from you. - Velocity and risk screening — unusual patterns are flagged for manual review before an
order is released.
A declined order is not a judgement about you. The most common causes are a mistyped billing address or an
expired card, and re-entering the details correctly resolves most declines.
Fraud and unauthorised use
If you believe your card has been used on this site without your permission, contact us immediately at
support@cpgoodies.store or (404) 630-0071. We will cancel
any pending order, refund any completed charge, and block the card from further use on the site. We will also
give you whatever documentation your bank needs.
Your personal information
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order and provide support: your name, delivery address, email
address, phone number if you give one, and your order history. We do not sell personal information, and we do not
share it beyond the parties who need it to complete your order — our payment processor, our fulfillment
partner and the delivery carrier. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
