Our commitment

C&P Goodies Co. is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who
browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat
accessibility as part of building the site properly, not as an optional extra.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These
guidelines are the recognised international standard for making web content accessible.

What we have done

• Semantic structure. Pages use correct heading order and landmark regions so screen readers can
  navigate the content in a sensible sequence.
• Keyboard access. Every interactive element — navigation, product links, the cart and the
  whole checkout — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Colour contrast. Body text and interface elements are checked against the WCAG AA contrast
  minimums, and we do not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
• Alternative text. Product and editorial images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images
  are marked so assistive technology skips them.
• Readable, resizable text. Type scales fluidly and the layout remains usable when text is
  enlarged to 200%.
• Forms and errors. Fields have visible, associated labels and validation errors are described
  in text rather than signalled only by colour.
• Motion. Animation is subtle and non-essential; no content depends on movement to be understood.

Known limitations

We check the site regularly, but we would rather be honest than claim perfection. Some third-party components in
the checkout are not fully under our control, and a small number of older product descriptions may use formatting
that is less clear when read aloud. We are working through these, and any barrier you report will be prioritised.
